Our Scheduling Process - What to Expect from Start to Finish

Next thing: you need an inspection and are unsure where to start.This is your guide to your inspection scheduling and what to expect the process to be like when you request our services!

Requesting Service

With all 3 methods, we will ask the same questions:

When Do You Want To Schedule During the Week?

● We will check availability of our inspectors and coordinate with all parties.

What's the Address of the Property?

Square_footage_information

● We need to know total square footage of the building and foundation type (i.e. crawlspace, slab, unfinished or finished basement).

What's Your Contact information?

● Name, Email and Phone Number

● For Home Inspections - The local Kentucky or Indiana realtor you are working with and their contact information.

What Specific Services Do You Need?

● For all property inspections there will be an opportunity to add ‘Additional Services’ (including a free termite inspection - included only with Home Inspections), radon testing, sewer pipe scanning, or septic dye test. Environmental Testing is also available for Mold, Lead paint, and Water contaminants.

Stand-Alone Environmental Only Requests: This button is strictly for our Environmental side when you do not require a property inspection, but for each of the services individually.
It includes: Radon Testing & Mitigation, Mold Testing and remediation, water testing, lead paint testing, and crawlspace encapsulation. All of these services are also under the Inspections form and can be selected there to be included in your inspection. If you forget to add a service, you can still add it onto your inspection easily. Here's a link as to how on our website.

Will You be Attending?

● You are not required, unless you're providing access to the property.

● You can be there from start time, just for the review at the end, or we can review by phone if needed. Total inspection time depends on the inspector, square footage and services included.

➢ Review Pricing

○ We will provide a free quote so you're aware of how much the service will cost with everything included before official scheduling.

➢ Wait for Confirmation

○ If pricing, details and availability are set on the schedule you will receive a notification from us to confirm the appointment shortly. For inspections, please allow us time to request with the seller or listing agent to gain access for the inspector and have their confirmation.

Once our request has been approved on the selling side and we receive access information, we will send you a confirmation email and text with the link to ‘Inspection Details’ where you will need to sign the agreements and can access the invoice.

➢ Payment

○ You'll not need to pay anything until the day of service. For payment we can take cash, check, or you can pay online after he publishes the report with a card, ACH bank payment or we have a ‘Pay at Close’ option available.
