A Site That's Streamlined with You in Mind
We streamlined our site to help visitors find exactly what they need.
Scheduling and spending money on a property inspection is stressful enough, so we were determined to help make our site a cake walk for everyone. Everything from the images to the phone number links to actions and information providing a better experience and ease of use. Our updated digital home now matches the personal, high-quality touch clients receive when we visit them in person. Take a look for yourself!
Rebooting the Newsletter
Admittedly, this one went through the roughest transition. We struggled to put it in the right layout, where we wanted to host it, giving it a relevant voice, and if we should post the entirety of the post inside the email or not. I think we've finally reached our decided format, though you might see slight changes in the future, so don't be surprised. We're always striving to serve our community better.
Here's our new approach:
Articles must be relevant for residents of the Ohio Valley Area (Louisville and the surrounding counties, including those in Indiana).
Articles must be written and researched by the professionals at GuardianPro. No outside service or AI bot is writing our newsletter. We speak about real issues to the communities we serve.
Articles should be short and to the point so as not to waste the readers' time. If they are a little longer, it's because of all the useful, actionable information packed inside.
Providing Tools to Better Serve
The Interactive Radon Map
To help people discover the potential radon levels in Kentuckiana, we created a free interactive radon map that shows what the expected radon levels are. Users can either put in their address or zoom in on an area and click the "Search This Area" button to discover the potential radon threat.
The map is populated by information from the Kentucky Geological Survey, the Environmental Protection Agency, and our own data collected from hundreds of tests we've performed in the area.
For our Realtor Friends
We have a whole page dedicated to realtors on our site, with a special tool created just for them.
The web page provides an example report, explains how our communication works, has testimonials from realtors, the Repair Request Builder guide, information on how to partner with us, the free mileage tool, and how to reach us should you need assistance.
About the Mileage Tool: We know it's expensive to keep track of your mileage for tax purposes. That's why we created a free mileage tracker for you. All the data is stored on your phone and none is collected by GuardianPro. You will need to back up your data periodically, but it's easy with instructions provided on the app. All you have to do is add the site to your home screen on your phone.
